Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new account starts on Pro for 30 days without a card. You only enter payment details if you decide to keep a paid plan.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
If you do not choose a paid plan, the account moves to Free automatically. Nothing is deleted: client or brand spaces and campaigns above the Free limits stay visible in read-only mode. The person who created the account keeps the one Free team member slot with full editing, and other users keep their login in read-only.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Change plan at any time from the billing page, and move back to Free whenever you want. Dropping to Free applies the same read-only rules as the end of the trial, so your campaigns, assets and approvals stay in place.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Pro costs €1,990 a year instead of €2,388 when paid monthly, which is two months free. Free stays at €0 and Enterprise is quoted as an annual contract.
Are guest reviewers charged as team members?
No. Guest reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan. They can review from a link without using one of your team-member slots.
How many email client previews are included?
Free does not include email client testing. Pro includes 500 email client previews a month. Enterprise volume is agreed in the contract. One preview is one rendering of one email client. The allowance is per account, does not roll over to the next month, and you can add 100 more previews for €49 a month.
What is included in Enterprise?
Everything in Pro, plus single sign-on (SSO / SAML), a 99.9% uptime SLA, 500 GB+ storage, dedicated onboarding, an assigned account manager, invoice and PO billing, and a Data Processing Agreement. Enterprise runs on an annual contract with a negotiated email preview volume.
