Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Albert M. Morales Palleja, a sole trader (empresario individual / autónomo) established in Spain (NIF 53073266F), operating under the trade name LaunchSign(“LaunchSign”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit launchsign.io or use the LaunchSign platform.
This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide analytical information to site owners.
Similar technologies include local storage (data stored in your browser beyond a single session), session tokens (used to maintain your authenticated state), and pixel tags (used to understand engagement with emails). Where we refer to “cookies” in this policy, we include these similar technologies.
2. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled. They include:
- Authentication tokens:Supabase session cookies that keep you logged in during your session and across browser restarts if you select “Remember me”. These are HttpOnly, Secure cookies and cannot be accessed by JavaScript.
- CSRF protection: tokens that prevent cross-site request forgery attacks.
- Cookie consent: a cookie that records your cookie preferences so you are not shown the consent banner on every page.
No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience. We currently use:
- UI preferences: sidebar state, theme selection, and similar interface settings stored in browser local storage.
Functional cookies are placed only after you have been informed and, where required by applicable law, after you have given consent.
Analytics cookies
We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the service. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised where possible. We will only place analytics cookies with your consent.
If we introduce third-party analytics (such as a privacy-friendly tool like Plausible or Fathom), we will update this policy and request your consent before placing any new analytics cookies.
Marketing cookies
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we introduce them in the future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent in advance.
3. Third-party cookies
Some of our sub-processors may set their own cookies when you use the service. The main categories are:
- Stripe: Stripe may set cookies related to fraud prevention and payment security when you complete a transaction. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for the content of third-party cookie notices.

- Browser settings:Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from using the platform. Refer to your browser's help documentation for instructions.
- Cookie consent banner: When you first visit launchsign.io, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing cookies and revisiting the site.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of personal data collected through cookies. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@launchsign.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we introduce new cookies or technologies. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where required, request new consent.
